Mentor Coaching
ADHD-Aware Mentor Coaching for ICF Accreditation
Supporting You to Grow as a Coach and Meet the ICF Standards
Whether you’re working towards your ACC or PCC, mentor coaching is a key part of the ICF credentialing journey. But it’s more than just a requirement. It’s a developmental space where you can reflect, grow, and build confidence in your coaching identity.
This offer has been created specifically for ADHD coaches, or those coaching neurodivergent clients, who want a mentoring experience that is both ICF-aligned and neuroinclusive. You’ll receive clear, targeted feedback based on the ICF Core Competencies, alongside reflections rooted in my experience as an ADHD coach, PCC-credentialed professional, and mentor.
What you’ll find here understanding of the ICF framework
- Explore your unique coaching presence
- Build confidence in your capacity to meet the standards
- Be seen and supported in a way that works with your brain, not against it
Whether you work with me individually or in a self-organised group, this is about more than ticking a box. It’s about becoming the kind of coach you want to be.
What Is Mentor Coaching?
Mentor coaching is a reflective and developmental process that helps you grow in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. It’s a space to explore your coaching practice, receive constructive feedback, and build confidence in your ability to meet ICF standards for credentialing.
It’s not about being “perfect” or getting it right every time. It’s about building awareness, learning to self-reflect with clarity, and expanding your capacity as a professional coach.
In this mentor coaching offer, the focus is twofold:
ICF-aligned growth: you’ll receive feedback and guidance on how you’re demonstrating the competencies at the credential level you’re applying for (ACC or PCC)
ADHD-aware reflection: you’ll also receive feedback using an additional set of markers specific to ADHD coaching practice, offering insight into how your neurodivergence or the needs of neurodivergent clients may be shaping your coaching
We’ll look at:
What’s working well in your coaching
What might be underdeveloped or missing
What’s getting in the way of demonstrating competency
Opportunities to grow your coaching presence, deepen your questions, and work more intentionally with your clients
This is a collaborative process. I’ll show up as a thought partner, not a critic. My role is to support your learning and create a psychologically safe, structured space where you can develop your coaching style and meet ICF expectations in a way that feels authentic to you.

Coaching has been life changing beyond my expectations. I have learned to articulate my needs better and disclose my condition and how it affects me which has improved both my personal and professional relationships.
